We are replacing our Help Desk system here at ApiHawk/Billia.
Some of you are already aware of these changes and some of you may not be, but we've changed our HelpDesk software.
The new HelpDesk has integrated Knowledge base, which means all Billia related articles can be easily accessed all over the world.
You can access the new Helpdesk from both websites: apihawk.com & billia.cloud when click on the "Help" menu in the header.
All emails send to support [at] apihawk.com will be automatically converted to tickets. This will guarantee better traction of all requests and responses.
